Linda, I love what you are saying here, but the word "it" in the second line has me a little confused.
On April 9, 2013, I wrote:Some people are treated as objects, museum pieces... to be pictures on the wall, "little adults," but not encouraged to be the unique, living, creative, creations they truly are... a creation-in-the-making. So, they may be referred to as a "he" or "she" but thought of or treated as an "it"... an object, almost like a non-person. I was basically saying that I was no longer controlled by another... as a rag doll, slave, peon, puppet-on-a-string, but became... me... or, an "I"... a unique, individual, creation. Do you have a suggestion for making the second line more clear? Thanks for your comments, Dale!
